SCHEDULE

OPENING REHEARSAL
MONDAY
, November 10th Time TBD

CONFLICTS
We pride ourselves on reliable and consistent scheduling. Please let us know of any additional conflicts and we will try to honor them.  If there are too many last minute conflicts, we may have to recast the part. This rarely happens.

REHEARSALS
November 10-December 18

Master schedule will be coming soon.

TECH TIME
December 14-18

Please no conflicts during these days. It is vital that students are there throughout tech process and for final rehearsals. Everyone has a specific role to play (onstage and offstage). It is quite difficult to cover. I know there are some unavoidable conflicts in this time, like choir/band concerts during this time. We will work around those, but need to know in advance. If you had conflicts on your audition form for this time, we are aware and they are approved.

PERFORMANCES
Note - Crew and Actors arrive 90 minutes prior to all performances. FOH will arrive 90 minutes prior on their first shift, and 60 minutes prior second weekend. STP will arrive 60 minutes prior.

Friday, December 19th @ 7:00PM
Saturday, December 20th 1:00PM & 4:00PM

(Strike immediately following final show, all students called including FOH and STP. Students usually dismissed by 7:00pm)

Or you can pay registration fee by cash or check at the first rehearsal.

We encourage all our students to try out again and continue to take classes here at DJT or gain theatrical experience wherever they can! Stay involved in school, church and other local theatre groups to keep performing.
