Mary Therese began dancing at the age of 3 at Crosby School of Dance in Aiken, South Carolina. At the age of 11, after taking tap and ballet, she was admitted into the Aiken Civic Ballet Company. From then on, until her senior year of high school, she participated in many productions put on seasonally by the company including playing the Woodland Fairy in Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty, the Mad Hatter in Alice in Wonderland, and the Evil Queen in Snow White, along with many roles in the yearly production of The Nutcracker, including but not limited to the Peppermint Princess and Sugarplum Fairy.

Mary Therese was voted as the Ballet Mistress her junior year of high school, and temporally hung up her point shoes when she moved to Rock Island to attend Augustana College, where she is currently a senior majoring in Neuroscience and Biology with a Religion minor. She is so excited to be a part of the DJT Dance Team, in her ballet shoes again, and ready to show everyone how extraordinary a role dance can play in your life!
